Video: Lost Dog Takes Bogota Police On Crosstown Chase

BOGOTA, N.J. — The Bogota Police Department was able to return a lost dog to its owner... but not before chasing it down a few blocks in Bogota.

Bogota police were able to track the runaway dog from Teaneck at 8 p.m., authorities told Daily Voice.

They followed it for three blocks before a pedestrian stood in front of it on the sidewalk in a defensive pose, allowing officers to grab him and return him to his owner, police said.
