The entire bumper of the 2017 Hyundai Elantra came off in the incident at the Hawthorne Car Wash on Goffle Road around 10:30 a.m.

A tow truck was summoned to remove the sedan as the 52-year-old Ridgewood woman -- who had a dog with her -- was taken into custody.

The vehicle was impounded under John's Law and she was released to a responsible adult, police said.
