The 2005 Bosco graduate, who had been working as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young, died suddenly Saturday morning.

The wake is scheduled for 3 9 p.m. Friday at Petrik Funeral Home, located at 140 Palisades Ave., in Bogota.

A funeral mass is slated for 10:30 a.m., Saturday at St. Joseph's Church, located at 115 E. Fort Lee Road in Bogota.

Roche was a two-time state champion lineman at Bosco and three-year letter winner at UL, where he earned a business degree.

He also served as a volunteer coach at Pascack Valley High School.

"He was taken from us incredibly too early," said former classmate Spiro Molfetas. "I still can't believe this."

"May St. John Bosco welcome Brian into God's heavenly kingdom and may peace and strength be granted unto the entire Roche family at this most difficult time," said the Ramsey parochial's Director/President Fr. James Heuser, SDB. "Eternal rest, grant unto Brian, Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him."
