All guests wearing scary, gory, inappropriate or clown masks will be asked to remove them, the event's Facebook page says.
The stroll will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday with an Oct. 29 rain date, and run along the River Walk between City Place and the Outback Restaurant in the Edgewater Commons.
The event collects food and raises funds for the Edgewater Food Bank to further promote community unity and fellowship.
Adults are $2 and children are $1. Non-perishable items will be collected for donation.
There will be a live DJ featuring spooky tunes, and trick-or-treating with the City Place retailers following the walk.
All participants are eligible to win prizes for helping to stock Edgewater’s Food Pantry for the winter.
