Fairview Library Hosting Chair Yoga Class

FAIRVIEW, N.J. -- The Fairview Public Library is hosting an adult chair yoga class with Yoga Alliance certified teacher and occupational therapist Pan He on Wednesday, June 22, at 6:30 p.m.

The discipline, a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support, incorporates adapted and modified yoga poses, breathing and meditation.

Registration for the class is required. Preference will be given to Fairview residents with a library card.
