Cliffside Park Students Pen Novel Honoring Veterans

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. — Three Cliffside Park sixth-graders wrote and published a book honoring veterans.

Angela Kohout, Madeline Murillo and Elizabeth Sagi wrote "Daddy's Heart, My Heart, The Purple Heart." 

The book explores the impact of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on veterans and their families.

Proceeds will be donated to Cliffside Park School No. 3.
