Hudson Man Sold Pot To Undercover Detective, Bergen Prosecutor Charges

FAIRVIEW, N.J. – A construction worker from North Bergen sold pot to a Bergen County prosecutor’s undercover detective twice in Fairview and was arrested, authorities said Friday.

Jerry Inamagua-Jara, 22, turned himself in on Wednesday following an investigation by members of the Narcotics Task Force and Fairview police, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

He was charged with drug distribution and released pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, the prosecutor said.
