Cliffside Park police received a tip that Marc Rodriguez, a 38-year-old stagehand, was selling drugs from the apartment he shares with his wife and 6-year-old boy in a two-family house on 3rd Street, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Tuesday.

A joint investigation of Grewal’s detectives and borough police, assisted by their Fairview colleagues, led to Friday’s raid, the prosecutor said.

Rodriguez was arrested in 2014 on burglary charges out of Fairview, records show.

Following a detention hearing, a judge ordered that he be held without bail in the Bergen County Jail, where Rodriguez remained Tuesday.

He was also wanted on a warrant issued last week out of North Bergen.
