CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- A 69-year-old Cliffside Park woman was struck by her own car in her driveway Friday morning.
She was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with injuries that didn't appear life-threatening after the Inwood Terrace incident around 9 a.m., authorities said.
"She pulled into the driveway and got out -- we're still unsure whether it was in park or partially in park," Police Chief Richard Gaito told Daily Voice.
"She went behind it and it rolled and hit her," the chief said.
The car continued across the street before coming to rest against a neighbor's garage.
