Cliffside Park Police Seek Video In 20+ Tire Slashings

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Cliffside Park police asked residents and business owners to check street surveillance cameras following a spree of tire slashings Monday night.

"We have reports of about 20 cars with one or more tires slashed on Glen Street, Lawton Avenue and Lafayette Avenue," Police Chief Richard Gaito told Daily Voice.

Investigators were canvassing the area and talking with informants.
