Numce Iloski, 28, of Bogota, rang the bell at a South Street home, near the Teaneck border, then walked around to the back Monday afternoon, Bogota police told the web site.

Sgt. Daniel Maye responded to a resident’s call and was out front when Iloski emerged, Detective Geoffrey Cole said.

Other officers arrived and found a broken basement window, he said.

Iloski is being held on $15,000 at the Bergen County Jail, charged with burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
