Bogota Police Bring Thanksgiving Meals To Needy Families

BOGOTA, N.J. -- Bogota police brought Thanksgiving meals to two needy families.

Police Chief Daniel Maye said he welcomed the opportunity to "give back to the community" and thanked those who helped collect the turkeys, potatoes, stuffing and other fixings delivered on Wednesday.

Each family also got a Shop Rite gift card for additional food.
