Vincent A. Venezia, 86, Of Cliffside Park

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Vincent A. Venezia of Cliffside Park, died on March 26. He was 86.

Venezia was born on Jan. 28, 1931 in Hoboken. He served for 4 years in the United States Navy on the USS Randolph Aircraft Carrier during the Korean War. Before retiring, he worked at Farmland Dairy in Wallington. He was an avid golfer, a Yankees fan, a Giants fan and he loved to bowl. 

Loving husband of 58 years to Patricia Colantuono. Dedicated father to Vincent and Dr. Patricia DeSalvo and her husband Mark. Cherished grandfather to Jack DeSalvo, Patrick DeSalvo and Ella DeSalvo.

Funeral from the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home 495 Anderson Avenue Cliffside Park, on Thursday, March 30, at 9 a.m. before moving to St. Michael R.C. Church in Palisades Park, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Ascension Cemetery in Monsey. The family will receive their friends Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
