CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Cliffside Park resident Eleni (Tasiopoulos) Demopoulos died Sunday, January 17. She was 64.
A homemaker, Demopoulos was born in Greece and came to the United States in 1969.
She is survived by her husband, Panagiotis; children Tina, Vicki and her husband Robert Hixson, and Rita and her husband Donald Keane Jr.; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Alexander Peter, Natalie, Eleni and Zoe; siblings Voula Sfikas, George Tasiopoulos, Nick Tasiopoulos, Konstantina Glavas, Anastasia Merkos, Angela Savvas and Theodore Tasiopoulos; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, at the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park. There will be a funeral at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, followed by a 10:30 a.m. service at the Ascension Greek Orthodox Church, in Fairview. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus.
