Adele Raimondi-Rivetti, 100, Of Cliffside Park

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Adele Raimondi-Rivetti, of Cliffside Park, died Aug. 14. She was 100. 

She was born Jan. 21, 1916 in West Hoboken. 

Before retiring, she had worked as an administrative assistant for Tastee Bread in New York City. She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 14 in Union City. 

She was the aunt of Warren and Gianna Farrell, Wendy and Joe Quintana, Elizabeth Rivetti-Balatbat, Marquerite and John Kauffman; great-aunt of Angelina and Jesse Gennarelli, Nina Rivetti-Balatbat, Randy, Hazel and Brandon Balatbat, Ian, Jessica and Ethan Lupo, Dante Lupo, Charles, Glenn, Jeff, Eric and Christopher Farrell and their families and Ron Balatbat and his family. 

There will be a funeral at 9 a.m. Saturday at the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park, thence to Epiphany R.C. Church in Cliffside Park for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum in Fairview. The family will receive their friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
