Brian Rolando, 27 who lived in West Milford for many years, died on May 17, 2016, after rear-ending the party bus in Paterson at 3 a.m., the article says.

Rolando's father, Maurcie Rolando, died on April 7, at 54 years old.

As a result of Rolando's alleged carelessness, the group of eight are claiming in Hackensack's Bergen County court papers that they suffered "serious and permanent injuries," NJ.com says.
