EDGEWATER, N.J. — The borough of Edgewater will host a free rabies clinic this Saturday, January 30.

All pets must be on a leash or carrier and be at least four months old. Owners must bring proof of previous rabies shot as well. 

To participate, please complete THIS FORM and bring it to the rabies clinic on Saturday located at 1167 River Road in Edgewater.

Use a separate form for each pet.
