The event is presented by Dilush Goonetilleke, a Certified Clinician in Nutrition. 

Participants will learn about:

  • Whole food nutrition for optimal health and maintaining healthy weight.
  • Whole food based and herbal supplements.
  • Detox and purification
  • Managing chronic disease with whole food nutrition.

The seminar is free and runs from 7-8 p.m.
