Cliffside Park, Edgewater Kick Off 'Wellness Challenge'

EDGEWATER, N.J. -- In an effort to increase the overall health and wellness of those living in the area, the community has initiated a “Wellness Challenge,” a series of events that includes free weekly exercise classes, blood pressure screenings, food demonstrations and health lectures.

The Challenge, which is open to residents of Edgwater and Cliffside Park, kicks off at the Edgewater Community Center on Saturday, April 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
