Shine Yoga Lets Women Entrepreneurs Relax In Cliffside Park Workshop

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Holistic Women Entrepreneurs of New Jersey and New York City will host a self-care workshop at Shine Yoga Center in Cliffside Park on Saturday, Jan. 16.

The event will be led by Sam Popp of Teach and Learn Networking and Tracy Robin of HWENJNYC. The four hour event will include meditation, journaling and other tops to reduce stress and anxiety.

The event will conclude with a light snack and an opportunity to network.

"Self-Care Made Easy for Women Entrepreneurs" will run from noon to 4 p.m.

Shine Yoga Center is located at 639 Anderson Ave.
