Musicians Wanted For Jam Sessions In Cliffside Park

CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- A local professional jazz pianist and trumpeter is inviting the public to jam with him in at Shobo Music Academy in Cliffside Park.

Alan Chaubert is holding jazz ensemble workshops from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Mondays and 8:15 to 9:45 p.m. on Tuesdays.

The first session is free.

All instruments are welcomed with artists who are intermediate and above and able to read music.

Chaubert is a professional jazz pianist and trumpet player in Cliffside Park and Englewood who has taught for many years.

He is a graduate from Geneva Conservatory Diploma in classical music and Berklee College of music, with a diploma in jazz improvisation.

Shobo Music Academy is on the second floor at 783B Palisade Avenue.
