Paws in the Park will feature pet adoptions, free nail clippings, training tips, local vendors, a photo booth, tricky tray raffle and Halloween costumes for sale. There will be a dog Halloween costume contest . . . and owners can dress up, too. There also will be a rabies clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. There will be on-site pet registration.
There also will be a K-9 demonstration by the Fort Lee Police Department.
For the humans, the event will feature music, food, face painting, pumpkin decorating, trick-or-treating and more.
The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fort Lee Dog Park, 519 Stillwell Avenue. The rain date is Sunday.
