Free Health, Wellness Seminar At Ridgefield Arts Center

RIDGEFIELD, NJ. -- The PEAK Performing Arts Center will offer a free seminar Jan. 4 at the studio in Ridgefield.

PEAK will help those at its Ridgefield seminars find better health and wellness.

Open to all, this health and wellness seminar is set for 7:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4 with an optional free kickboxing class at 6:30 p.m.

The course will feature a simple and natural approach, and offer opportunities for guests to learn about the core principles to achieve optimal health, about nutraceuticals, and a 21-day fitness challenge to lose weight.
