Classes are open to anyone regardless of age and run on Saturdays from 9:-10 a.m.
Everyone is required to bring their own mat, towels, and water. Comfortable clothing that will allowed free and ease of movement should be worn.
This is free to the public, but reservations must be made in advance. Reservations can be made for as many dates as people would like to attend as room allows.
