The Homeownership Fair is a free, family-friendly venue that provides the opportunity for home seekers to learn everything they need to know about the homebuying process, all in one place. Visitors can attend a variety of workshops, view vendor exhibits, and meet with bankers, mortgage brokers, realtors, credit counselors and other professionals with expertise in the homebuying process.
Representatives of the Bergen County Division of Community Development Homeownership Center will also be there to discuss their down payment assistance and home improvement programs.

The Bergen County Division of Community Development's American Dream Program is sponsoring the fair, in conjunction with Bogota Savings Bank, Clifton Savings Bank, Lakeland Bank, Mariner's Bank, NVE Bank, Oritani Bank Charitable Foundation, Spencer Savings Bank, the Community support of Fair Housing Council of Northern New Jersey and the TD Bank Charitable Foundation.
